I started taking photos of little insects and flowers while working at a plant nursery in Southern Oregon in 2013. Back then I just had a cheap clip-on lens set for my cell phone. Later I was able to buy a Nikon D3300 kit and from there started teaching myself the basics of DSLR photography and editing, although I have taken a couple photography classes. In 2025 after a bit of a hiatus and moving to Wisconsin, I traded up to a mirrorless camera and am wanting to expand into professional photography.
I really have no niche or specialty because I enjoy creating all kinds of images with a camera. I am focusing my business around portrait and product photography.
